The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is expected to send its 2026 biofuel mandates to the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) this week.
With the spring base price discovery period for Crop Insurance nearing completion, November soybean futures have averaged $11.07 per bushel this month, which is 53 cents higher than in 2025.
USDA’s Export Sales report for the week ending February 19 will be released on Thursday. Traders expect soybean sales between 0.4 and 1 MMT. Soybean meal sales are estimated at 250,000 to 500,000 MT, while soybean oil sales are expected to range from net reductions of 10,000 MT to net sales of 16,000 MT.
