Sharp Surge in Mustard and Mustard Oil Prices Across India

A significant increase has been observed in the prices of mustard and mustard oil across major Indian markets. Compared to May 1st, the prices recorded on May 23rd indicate a sharp upward trend in both mustard seed and oil rates.

Arrival of mustard in mandis has started declining gradually. With sustained demand, prices have shown consistent upward movement. This surge might prompt the government to initiate procurement soon.

While the market may see stability or a slight correction in the coming week, the overall outlook for mustard and mustard oil prices remains positive in the near future.
