भारत सरकार ने मानसून के दौरान भंडारण और परिवहन संबंधी संभावित समस्याओं को देखते हुए अगस्त, सितंबर और अक्टूबर 2026 के NFSA खाद्यान्न का अग्रिम उठान (Advance Lifting) मंजूर किया है।

★ सभी राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों को अक्टूबर 2026 तक आवंटित खाद्यान्न एक साथ पहले ही उठाने की अनुमति दी गई है।

★ अग्रिम उठाया गया पूरा खाद्यान्न लाभार्थियों को वितरित करना अनिवार्य होगा।

★ अगस्त, सितंबर और अक्टूबर 2026 का वितरण 31 अगस्त 2026 तक पूरा करना होगा।

★ FCI को पर्याप्त खाद्यान्न उपलब्ध कराने और राज्यों के साथ समन्वय कर अग्रिम उठान सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

★ ई-पॉस (e-PoS) ट्रांजैक्शन और आधार प्रमाणीकरण की प्रक्रिया हर महीने पहले की तरह अलग-अलग जारी रहेगी।

★ राशन दुकानदार (FPS डीलर) तीन माह का खाद्यान्न एक साथ उठा और वितरित कर सकते हैं, लेकिन ई-पॉस एंट्री प्रत्येक माह सामान्य प्रक्रिया के अनुसार ही करनी होगी।

★The Government of India has approved advance lifting of NFSA foodgrains for August, September and October 2026 to avoid storage and transportation disruptions during the monsoon season.

★All States and Union Territories have been allowed to lift their foodgrain allocation up to October 2026 in advance.

★The foodgrains lifted in advance must be distributed to beneficiaries without delay.

★Distribution of the foodgrains for August, September and October 2026 must be completed by August 31, 2026.

★The Food Corporation of India (FCI) has been directed to ensure adequate foodgrain stocks and coordinate with States/UTs for smooth advance lifting.

★e-PoS transactions and Aadhaar authentication will continue on a monthly basis as per the existing procedure.

★Fair Price Shop (FPS) dealers may lift and distribute the foodgrains for all three months together, but monthly e-PoS entries and beneficiary authentication will continue as usual.
