Beware of Misinformation on 20th PM-Kisan Installment

New Delhi. Misleading information is circulating regarding the release date of the 20th installment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme. In response, the Union Agriculture Ministry has advised farmers to rely only on official sources and not to believe unverified news. Over 9.80 crore farmers across the country are waiting for the next installment of the scheme.

The ministry stated that false information is being shared on social media, leading to confusion among farmers. It has assured that any official update regarding the release of the installment will be communicated through proper government channels.

On July 18, a post on the official X (formerly Twitter) account of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi warned farmers against fake links, calls, and messages. The post urged all farmers to ignore rumors and trust only information available on the official website of the scheme.

While it is expected that the 20th installment will be released soon by the Prime Minister, no date or location has been officially announced yet. It is worth noting that the 19th installment of the PM Kisan Scheme was released in February 2025.
