★ The largest purchases were made by Mexico with 0.4 million tonnes, followed by Japan with 0.275 million tonnes and South Korea with 0.26 million tonnes.
★ Total corn exports from the United States have so far reached 60.2 million tonnes, which is 28% higher compared to last year.
★ According to NASS, corn sowing has reached 86.5 million acres, which is 3% higher than the 5-year average. Around 60% of the crop has germinated.
