  1. Tuvar Prices Drop Below MSP

    • Due to strong domestic production and continued duty-free imports, wholesale prices of Tuvar (Arhar) have fallen below the MSP of ₹7550 per quintal.
    • Current Market Prices: ₹4950 – ₹7600 per quintal in key producing states.
  2. Government Procurement Under PSS Ramps Up

    • Procurement started in Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Telangana.
