Export Inspections data showed wheat shipments at 343,022 MT (12.6 mbu) for the week ending March 2. This was down 31.2% from the previous week and 30.81% below the same week last year.
Mexico was the largest destination with 79,566 MT, followed by 62,647 MT shipped to the Philippines and 56,699 MT to Bangladesh.
Marketing year wheat shipments have totaled 19.47 MMT (715.4 mbu), which is 18.67% higher than the same period last year.
The Kansas Crop Progress report showed winter wheat conditions declining by 4% to 52% rated good/excellent, while the Brugler500 index fell 9 points to 339.
