वर्ष 2023-24 में विश्व में चीनी का डेफिसिट 30 लाख टन पहुंचने की उम्मीद: ISO
★ इंटरनेशनल शुगर ऑर्गेनाइजेशन (ISO) के अनुसार 2022-23 में चीनी का डेफिसिट विश्व में 6.9 लाख टन था।
★ 2023-24 में उत्पादन 1793 (2022-23 में 1797) लाख टन पहुंचा, नियत 2023-24 में 354 (22-23 671) आयात 23-24 में 668/674 लाख टन के आकड़े दिए गये।
★ 2023-24 में डिमांड 1822 लाख टन पहुंचने की उम्मीद।
★ 2023-24 में 976 लाख टन बच सकता है स्टॉक जो गत वर्ष से 10 लाख टन कम।
★ 2023-24 में विश्व में चीनी की उपलब्धता 654 लाख टन बताई गयी जो 2022-23 में 671 लाख टन थी।
★ ISO के अनुसार 2024 में एथनोल उत्पादन 116.1 बिलियन लीटर पहुंच सकता है जो 2023 में 115.7 बिलियन लीटर था।
★ भारत में चीनी बाजार पूरी तरह सरकारी नीति पर निर्भर।
★ केवल चीनी उद्योग ही ऐसा उद्योग है जिसमें सरकार ही गन्ना की एफआरपी, SAP, MSP, बिक्री मात्रा, निर्यात, आयात को नियंत्रित करने के साथ साथ किसानों को समय पर गन्ना बकाया का भुगतान भी अपने नियंत्रण में रखती है।
★ चीनी बाजार पूरी तरह मासिक कोटा पर निर्भर, जिस महीने मासिक कोटा कम आता है उस महीने कीमतें बढ़ जाती हैं।
★ जब तक निर्यात नहीं खुलता तब तक कीमतों का नियंत्रण सरकार के हाथ में होगा।
★ चीनी में स्टॉकिंग की जगह खरीद बेच में भी लगाएं ध्यान।

World sugar deficit expected to reach 30 lakh tonnes in 2023-24: ISO
★ According to the International Sugar Organization (ISO), the sugar deficit in the world in 2022-23 was 6.9 lakh tonnes.
★ Production reached 1793 lakh tonnes in 2023-24 (1797 in 2022-23), projected 354 lakh tonnes (671 in 2023-24) and import figures of 668/674 lakh tonnes were given in 2023-24.
★ Demand expected to reach 1822 lakh tonnes in 2023-24.
★ 976 lakh tonnes of stock may remain in 2023-24, which is 10 lakh tonnes less than last year.
★ The availability of sugar in the world in 2023-24 was reported to be 654 lakh tonnes, which was 671 lakh tonnes in 2022-23.
★ According to ISO, ethanol production can reach 116.1 billion liters in 2024, which was 115.7 billion liters in 2023.
★ The sugar market in India is completely dependent on government policy.
★ The sugar industry is the only industry in which the government controls the FRP, SAP, MSP, sales quantity, export, import of sugarcane as well as the timely payment of sugarcane dues to farmers.
★ The sugar market is completely dependent on monthly quota, the month in which the monthly quota is less, the prices increase in that month.
★ Till the export does not open, the control of prices will be in the hands of the government.
★ Instead of stocking sugar, pay attention to buying and selling as well.
★ पाकिस्तान सरकार ने 1.5 लाख टन चीनी निर्यात की दी मंजूरी। हालाँकि चीनी उद्योग ने 15 लाख टन निर्यात की मांग की थी।
