Senegal
★ Around 110,000 metric tonnes (MT) of raw cashew nuts (RCN) have arrived so far. The proposed export tax of USD 40 per tonne and delays in issuing phytosanitary certificates are supporting market prices.

Guinea-Bissau
★ RCN arrivals have slowed, while quality has declined to 50 lbs and below. Prices have strengthened to 650 CFA/kg and above due to tighter availability.
~~~
Burkina Faso
★ Market activity remains strong, although prices have eased slightly to 400–450 CFA/kg.
★ Global kernel prices have strengthened due to tight nearby supplies. W320 kernel prices have risen to USD 3.10–3.25/lb, while W240 prices have increased to USD 3.40–3.50/lb.
India
★ Domestic demand has strengthened ahead of the festive season, supporting prices across most cashew kernel grades.
★ During January–May 2026, India's imports of raw cashew nuts (RCN) increased by 27.3%, while cashew exports declined by 10.7% compared with the same period last year.
★ Ocean freight from Vietnam to Europe has increased to USD 3,000–3,500 per 20-foot container, adding further pressure to export costs.
