★ ब्राजील के साओ पाउलो जिले में आग से बड़ी मात्रा में गन्ना फसल को पहुंचा नुकसान।
★ पहले अनुमान के अनुसार करीब 1 लाख हेक्टेयर फसल हुई राख।
★ डाटा एग्रो के अनुसार ब्राजील के दक्षिण मध्य भाग में चीनी उत्पादन 393 लाख टन रह सकता है जो पहले 400 लाख टन दिया गया था। गन्ना उत्पादन 9.4% और चीनी का 7.4% घटाया गया।
