International Wheat Market Update
The weekly export sales data will be released on Friday. Traders expect wheat sales for 2024/25, for the week ending January 16, to range between 200,000 to 600,000 metric tons (MT), while sales for 2025/26 are estimated between 0 to 50,000 MT.
Japan has purchased 126,893 MT of wheat from the U.S., Canada, and Australia, including 30,793 MT specifically from the U.S. Meanwhile, Thailand canceled its tender for 195,000 MT of wheat on Wednesday.
