Rainfall forecasts for areas south of the I-80 corridor, east of the Missouri River, and the eastern two-thirds of Kansas are tempering market activity.
The weekly export sales report, scheduled for release Friday morning, has traders estimating wheat sales for the week ending December 26 to range between 200,000–500,000 metric tons for the 2024/25 marketing year. Sales for 2025/26 are expected to be between 0–75,000 metric tons.
