For the week ending April 2, US soybean export shipments totaled 779,352 MT (28.64 million bushels), up 12.3% from the previous week but 4.6% lower than the same week last year.
China was the largest destination with 498,789 MT, followed by Mexico with 95,852 MT and Egypt with 49,217 MT.
In the 2025/26 marketing year, total soybean exports since September 1 have reached 30.67 MMT (1.127 billion bushels), which is 26.3% lower than the same period last year.
According to AgRural, Brazil’s soybean harvest was 82% complete as of last Thursday, lagging behind last year’s pace of 87% for the same week.
