International Soybean Market Update
USDA Export Report: The USDA announced a private export sale of 198,000 metric tons of soybeans to China for the 2024/25 shipment period.
NOPA Crush Data: The December soybean crush is estimated at 205.498 million bushels (mbu), up 6.4% from November and 5.2% higher than last year.
Brazil Production Estimate: CONAB raised Brazil’s soybean production estimate to 166.32 MMT, an increase of 0.11 MMT from last month.
ANCE Export Forecast: Brazil is projected to export 2.19 MMT of soybeans in January, 0.48 MMT higher than previous estimates.
