On Monday, ICE cotton futures posted gains of 22 to 79 points across most contracts, with the nearby months leading the advance.
The US Dollar Index was down $0.025 at 99.830, while crude oil prices rose $1.06 to $112.60 per barrel.
Crop Progress data showed that 5% of the US cotton crop had been planted by Sunday, matching the 5-year average and running 1% ahead of the same date last year.
The Seam platform reported sales of 651 bales on Thursday at an average price of 63.37 cents per pound.
The Cotlook A Index rose by 75 points on April 2 to 81.50 cents per pound.
ICE certified cotton stocks declined by 1,424 bales on April 2 due to decertification, bringing total certified stocks to 113,241 bales.
The Adjusted World Price was increased by 252 points on Thursday afternoon to 56.99 cents per pound.
