International Cotton Market Update:
ICE Cotton Futures: Tuesday’s session saw most nearby contracts decline by 14 to 21 points. External factors were mixed, with the U.S. Dollar Index dropping by 792 points and crude oil down by $0.69/barrel.
Seam Sales: On January 11, Seam reported online sales of 11,823 bales at an average price of 51.92 cents/pound.
ICE Cotton Stocks: Certified stocks remained unchanged on Monday at 20,113 bales.
Cotlook A Index: Fell by 150 points on January 13, settling at 77.45 cents/pound.
USDA AWP: Decreased by 37 points from the previous week to 54.66 cents/pound.
