GPC द्वारा आयोजित वेबिनार में मटर पर हुई चर्चा के दौरान कह गयी बातें
राव कपूर, CEO TTG ने कहा कि
★ दिसंबर के बाद निर्यात खोले जाने से भारत में हुआ बड़ी मात्रा में मटर आयात, पूर्वी भारत में सस्ती दाल होने के कारण लाल मसूर की खपत घटी, मटर की बढ़ी।
★ दक्षिण भारत में हरी मसूर की डिमांड पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ा।
★ बड़ा मात्रा में आयात होने के बाद माल बेचने में हो रही है दिक्कत।
★ भविष्य में भारत द्वारा मटर आयात में आ सकती है कमी, देखना होगा भविष्य में सरकार मटर पर लगी निर्यात शुल्क अवधि को बढ़ाती है या नहीं या फिर आयात शुल्क लगाती है या नहीं।

★ आई ग्रेन इंडिया का मानना है सरकार को मटर आयात समय सीमा को नहीं बढ़ाना चाहिए।
★ पिछले 5 वर्ष में मटर का आयात प्रतिबंधित होने के बाद किसानों ने इन 5 वर्षों में मटर उत्पादन 4-5 गुना किया।
★ घटी कीमतों के कारण बिजाई पर पड़ सकता है गहरा असर।

Things said during the discussion on peas in the webinar organized by GPC
Rao Kapoor, CEO TTG said that
★ Large quantities of peas were imported in India after exports were opened after December, consumption of red lentils decreased and that of peas increased due to cheap pulses in eastern India.
★ There was no impact on the demand for green lentils in South India.
★ There is a problem in selling the goods after large quantities of import.
★ There may be a decrease in pea imports by India in the future, it remains to be seen whether the government increases the export duty period on peas in the future or imposes import duty or not.

★ I Grain India believes that the government should not increase the pea import time limit.
★ After the import of peas was banned in the last 5 years, farmers increased pea production by 4-5 times in these 5 years.
★ Due to the reduced prices, sowing may be deeply affected.
