Wheat prices remain firm due to strong demand; Delhi market sees a rise of ₹60 per quintal over the week

Wheat prices in the domestic market continue to trend upwards, supported by strong demand and limited arrivals in producing markets. Flour millers and grinding units remain active buyers ahead of the upcoming festive season, providing robust support to the market.

Due to limited availability and healthy demand, the Delhi wheat market recorded a price increase of ₹60 per quintal over the week, pushing rates to ₹2,890–₹2,910 per quintal.

iGrain India believes that if arrivals in producing markets remain restricted and festive demand stays strong, the upward trend in wheat prices is likely to continue in the near future.
