★ सरकार को उम्मीद है कि ऑस्ट्रेलिया से 11 लाख टन चना का हो सकता है आयात।
★ इसके अलावा आयात खोले जाने के बाद 16 लाख टन मटर भी पिछले 6 महीने में की गयी है आयात।
★ तीसरे अग्रिम उत्पादन अनुमान में 116 लाख टन चना उत्पादन के आकड़े दिए गये जो गत सीजन में 123 लाख टन थे, उत्पादन में आई कमी व सरकार को देख सरकार ने बिना समय गवाए मटर के बाद चना आयात नियम में किया बदलाव।
★ ऑस्ट्रेलिया में पुराना स्टॉक कम। नई फसल का आयात सितम्बर से शुरू होगा।
★ सितम्बर के बाद उपलब्धता बढ़ने से ऑस्ट्रेलिया चना के भाव घटने की उम्मीद तथा देश में आयात बढेगा।
★ तब तक सप्लाई व डिमांड को देखते हुए कीमतों में गिरावट आने की उम्मीद कम, भविष्य में त्यौहारी सीजन के दौरान मांग का समर्थन मिलने से कीमतों में तेजी की उम्मीद।

★ The government expects that 11 lakh tonnes of gram can be imported from Australia.
★ Apart from this, after the import was opened, 16 lakh tonnes of peas have also been imported in the last 6 months.
★ In the third advance production estimate, the figures of 116 lakh tonnes of gram production were given which were 123 lakh tonnes in the last season, seeing the decrease in production and the government, without wasting any time, changed the gram import rules after peas.
★ Low old stock in Australia. Import of new crop will start from September.
★ After September, due to increased availability, the price of Australian gram is expected to decrease and imports in the country will increase.
★ Till then, looking at the supply and demand, there is less hope of a fall in prices, in future, prices are expected to rise due to support of demand during the festive season.
