कपास निर्यात में बढ़ोत्तरी
★ गत सीजन के मुकाबले 2023-24 में निर्यात 80% उछलकर 28 लाख बेल्स पहुंचा, खपत 317 लाख बेल्स रही।
★ CAI द्वारा जारी आकड़ों के अनुसार चालू सीजन में अगस्त तक 16.4 लाख बेल्स कपास की आवक दर्ज की गयी जो गत वर्ष 12.5 लाख बेल्स थी।
★ 30 सितम्बर 2024 को स्टॉक 23.32 लाख बेल्स रह सकता है जो गत सीजन में 28.9 लाख बेल्स था।
★ खपत भी गत सीजन के 391 लाख बेल्स से बढ़कर 397 लाख बेल्स पहुंच सकती है।
★ 2023-24 में कुल उपलब्धता 323 लाख बेल्स का अनुमान, जो गत सीजन में 317.7 लाख बेल्स थी।
★ चालू सीजन में लगभग सभी राज्यों में कपास की बिजाई घटी।
★ गुजरात एवं अन्य राज्यों में हुई बारिश से फसल को काफी नुकसान पहुंचा।
★ आगामी सीजन में कपास उत्पादन में आ सकती है गिरावट।
★ भविष्य में कपास की कीमतों में अच्छी तेजी की उम्मीद।

Increase in cotton exports
★ Compared to last season, exports jumped 80% to 28 lakh bales in 2023-24, consumption stood at 317 lakh bales.
★ According to the data released by CAI, in the current season, till August, 16.4 lakh bales of cotton were recorded, which was 12.5 lakh bales last year.
★ On 30 September 2024, the stock may be 23.32 lakh bales, which was 28.9 lakh bales last season.
★ Consumption may also increase from 391 lakh bales last season to 397 lakh bales.
★ Total availability in 2023-24 is estimated at 323 lakh bales, which was 317.7 lakh bales last season.
★ Cotton sowing decreased in almost all the states in the current season.
★ The rains in Gujarat and other states caused a lot of damage to the crops.
★ Cotton production may fall in the upcoming season.
★ A good increase in cotton prices is expected in the future.
