International Wheat Market Update
For the week ending 12/19, U.S. wheat sales totaled 612,408 metric tons (MT), exceeding trade estimates of 250,000-600,000 MT. This marked the highest sales in 25 weeks and a 33.73% increase from the previous week. Mexico was the top buyer with 132,400 MT, followed by Thailand with 126,100 MT and Japan with 120,100 MT. An additional 12,600 MT was sold for the 2025/26 season.
