According to the weekly EIA report, ethanol production fell by 11,000 barrels per day from the previous record to 1.109 million barrels per day. Ethanol stocks across the US increased by 386,000 barrels to 24.12 million barrels. Ethanol exports rose by 12,000 barrels per day to 163,000 barrels per day, while ethanol refiner inputs increased by 5,000 barrels per day to 910,000 barrels per day.
Markets and government offices will remain closed on Thursday in observance of Juneteenth, and all government reports will be delayed by one day. Export Sales data will be released on Friday morning, with traders expecting 600,000 to 1.2 million metric tons of corn bookings for 2024/25. New crop sales are estimated between 0 and 200,000 metric tons.
