Cotton Corporation of India (CCI) procures 100 lakh bales of cotton at MSP
★ As of March 31, 2025, CCI has procured a total of 525 lakh quintals of seed cotton under the Minimum Support Price (MSP) during the 2024–25 season (October 2024 to September 2025), which is equivalent to approximately 100 lakh bales.
★ This accounts for about 38% of the total 263 lakh bales that have arrived in the market and nearly 34% of the estimated total production of 294.25 lakh bales.

Telangana – 40 lakh bales
Maharashtra – 30 lakh bales
Gujarat – 14 lakh bales
Karnataka – 5 lakh bales
Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh – 4 lakh bales each
Odisha – 2 lakh bales
Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab – 1.15 lakh bales (combined)
★ So far, CCI has already sold 35 lakh bales of cotton from its total procurement.
