Brazil's Soybean Exports Surge in 2024
★ According to an agency, Brazil is expected to export 107 million tons of soybeans in 2024-25.
★ Out of this, China accounts for 80-81 million tons, compared to 77.5 million tons imported last season.
★ In 2024, Brazil exported 73.4% of its total soybeans to China, a 2.6% decrease from 2023.
★ Farmers have sold 60.83 million tons (35% of the total crop) in markets during the 2024-25 season.
★ In the first three months, Brazil exported 5.4 million tons of soybeans.
