Chennai
Urad prices in Chennai have experienced a consistent decline, falling by Rs. 275 to 325 per quintal due to increased availability of imported Urad and sluggish demand. This lack of demand from dal millers has kept their purchasing limited, adding pressure on prices. By the weekend, the prices stood at:

- SQ: Rs. 8350 per quintal
Kolkata
Kolkata's Urad prices also saw a dip, with a reduction of Rs. 100 per quintal. The final prices for the week were:

Burma
