★ High-price tenders were approved earlier, impacting the market. Wheat prices at Delhi's Lawrence Road, which were ₹3,120 per quintal before tender sales began, rose to ₹3,360 per quintal by the fifth tender. On January 7, due to profit-booking, prices closed at ₹3,240 per quintal.
★ It remains to be seen at what price wheat will be approved in the sixth tender today. Based on this, the weekly allocation per miller for the seventh tender will be decided.
