Export data for November, released this morning, showed soybean shipments totaling 9.876 million metric tons (MMT) or 362.88 million bushels (mbu), the highest for November in three years. This pushed the first-quarter total to 819 mbu and marked the largest monthly export since October 2022.
Soybean meal exports reached a record 1.55 MMT in November, while soybean oil shipments hit 58,510 MT, the highest since April 2022.
In the coming 8-14 days, rainfall is expected to return to southern Brazil, while scattered showers may occur in Argentina.
