State-wise Crop Status
Madhya Pradesh
★ Overall crop condition is normal. Around 30% of the area has reached maturity. Some short-duration varieties are affected by the virus, leading to smaller grain size and some empty pods, which may impact yields. Continuous rains last week caused waterlogging and damage in low-lying areas. Early sown crops are ready for harvest.

Maharashtra
★ Beed, Hingoli, Osmanabad, Solapur, Ahmednagar, Latur, and Nanded districts have suffered heavy rainfall and waterlogging, causing severe crop damage. Some areas are also affected by the virus. Early sown and short-duration varieties are ready for harvesting.

Rajasthan
★ Overall crop condition in the state is very poor. Major issues include heavy rainfall damage in low-lying areas, weak plant growth, Yellow Mosaic Virus, aerial blight (leaf disease), and small grain size, all of which may lead to lower yields. Early sown crops are ready for harvest.
