The export sales report for the week of September 25, released this morning, showed soybean sales of 870,533 metric tons. Soybean meal sales for 2025/26 were 623,515 MT, while cancellations for 2024/25 (which ended on September 30) totaled 216,215 MT. Soybean oil bookings were reported at 13,598 MT.
USDA is expected to release the backlog of unreported large daily sales from the shutdown period at 12 noon EST on Friday. Weekly reports will be issued twice a week until the backlog is cleared by January 2.
CONAB has estimated Brazil’s 2025/26 soybean crop at 177.6 MMT, down 0.07 MMT from its previous estimate.
